Provides efficient tools for population genomics data analysisable to process individual loci large sets of loci or whole genomes. PopGenome DOI10.1093molbevmsu136 not onlyimplements a wide range of population genetics statistics but also facilitates the easyimplementation of new algorithms by other researchers. PopGenome is optimized for speed viathe seamless integration of C code.
